Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) (Cap. 553), electronic records submitted by the public to this Bureau are acceptable provided they conform to the prescribed format, manner and procedure stipulated in the Gazette Notice made under section 11(2) of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance.
