The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, attended the 10th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Transportation Ministerial Meeting in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea today (October 7), and gave a presentation on Hong Kong's transport infrastructure public-private partnership at the panel session on sustainable transportation.
