| The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan (back row, centre), today (August 14) witnesses the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Hong Kong Shipowners Association and the Shanghai International Shipping Institute for the establishment of the "Shanghai-Hong Kong International Maritime Research Centre" at the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Shanghai Maritime University Hong Kong Alumni Association cum Signing Ceremony for the Hong Kong – Shanghai Maritime Academic Collaboration Scheme. The MOU aims at promoting collaboration in maritime-related research and exchange, so as to enhance the maritime development of both places. |
