The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (Co-location) Ordinance came into operation today (September 4) to dovetail with the commissioning of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link this month.
