The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan (second right), visited Kwai Tsing District this afternoon (December 18). Accompanied by the Chairman of Kwai Tsing District Council, Mr Law King-shing (first right), Mr Chan inspected a public housing project at the ex-Kwai Chung Police Married Quarters at Kwai Yi Road.
