The Government has identified a 9-hectare coastal land parcel in Tsing Yi South (“the Site”) and plans to launch the Site for the market to develop green maritime fuel storage facilities thereon. The invitation for EOI exercise aims to solicit market interest, on a non-committal basis, in the development of the Site, with a view to formulating the way forward and details of the Project such as its development parameters.
Relevant parties which may be interested in developing and/or operating green maritime fuel storage facilities on the Site.
Interested parties may download the application form and return the completed form to the Transport and Logistics Bureau (“TLB”) at greenmaritimefuel@tlb.gov.hk to request the EOI Document.

*In case a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Closing Date of the Invitation will be extended to 12:00 noon on the next working day.
