The Government has identified a 9-hectare coastal land parcel in Tsing Yi South (“the Site”) and plans to launch the Site for the market to develop green maritime fuel storage facilities thereon. The invitation for EOI exercise aims to solicit market interest, on a non-committal basis, in the development of the Site, with a view to formulating the way forward and details of the Project such as its development parameters.
Relevant parties which may be interested in developing and/or operating green maritime fuel storage facilities on the Site.
