Advisory Committee on Development of International Aviation Superhub

Terms of Reference

To advise the Government on -

1. broad policy matters concerning the aviation development of Hong Kong, including legislation as may be required to give effect to such policy matters, and measures to leverage the expanded capacity brought by the Three-Runway System (3RS) and enhance Hong Kongʼs status as an international aviation hub;
2. issues relating to the implementation of the development plan of the Airport City;
3. any interfacing issues among the operation of 3RS, the Airport City development and other major projects in the proximity; and
4. any specific matters concerning civil aviation as may from time to time be referred to the Committee by the Government.
